Do not put sand or soap in the hot tub or swimming pool. Our hot tub and pool cleaner comes every week on ….. If you do not want them to come during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to alter the time they will come.
fire pit | all fires must be attended to by a responsible adult at all times Only clean, dried wood, is allowed to be burned as per the San Bernadino County rules.
backyard | anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the backyard
landscape | enjoy the desert landscape for it's natural beauty This means there may be sand, rocks, burrs and sticks in the surrounding environment. Best to wear shoes when outside.
pets | if you have a pet, you must agree to follow the pet guidelines If you have any pets on the property without prior consent from the owners, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
pet guidelines | due to a pet allergy in the family, unfortunately pet(s) can’t sleep in the beds or on the couches within the property or swim in the pool or spa/hot tub/swimming pool As with all properties in Joshua Tree, we are on septic so please do not bath your pet(s) in the showers or attempt to flush any pet byproducts down any toilet, sink or drain as these can block the system.

please ensure your pet does not go to the bathroom inside the house or in the backyard
